Our approach.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical accessibility target. We review keyboard navigation, screen-reader structure, form instructions, color contrast and layouts on smaller screens as we improve the website.
Accessibility work is ongoing. These checks are not a certification that every page or third-party service works with every assistive technology. Our secure payment checkout is provided by Shopify.

If you encounter a barrier while browsing, configuring a product, requesting samples or checking out, email info@thelinentrees.com or use our customer care form.
Tell us which page you were using, what you were trying to do, and any browser or assistive technology details you are comfortable sharing. Please do not include passwords or payment details. The studio can help you review fabric and product information and work through your selections.
