Your window project, unfinished configurations and sample shortlist are saved in browser storage on this device. They are not automatically sent to the studio or included in AI requests.

Project and sample email links open your own email app with a summary of your selections. Review and edit the draft before sending it to info@thelinentrees.com. The website does not send that email for you. You can attach a downloaded project or shortlist yourself.

Vercel hosts this website and Sanity delivers the published catalog and content. These services receive technical requests from your browser to load pages, images and interactive features. Their handling of request data is separate from the selections stored in your browser.

AI assistance is used only after you select the consent checkbox. Your message and a limited amount of recent chat are then sent to OpenAI, using Vercel AI Gateway when enabled. Saved measurements, room labels and project notes are not automatically included in those requests.

Guided answers work without that option. Please avoid sharing personal, order-sensitive or payment details in chat. The chat does not place orders or create customer records.

If secure checkout is available and you choose to continue, your selected product configurations are sent to Shopify to prepare your cart. Review the products, prices and applicable information there before paying.
