Available products ship within 3–4 weeks of purchase. This is the time before your order leaves us; carrier transit time is additional.
We currently ship to the United States. Standard shipping is $25 for orders with a subtotal below $100 and free for orders with a subtotal of $100 or more. The final shipping charge is shown before payment at checkout. Expedited shipping is not available.
Review your delivery address carefully before paying. For a shipping question or an address-change request, contact the studio with your order reference.
Backordered solid linen is not currently offered for online payment. Its expected fabric availability is mid-November 2026, subject to confirmation, and it has no committed finished-product delivery date.
02 / Your considered choice
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns. Our curtains and Roman shades are made to your selected configuration, so please confirm the fabric, color, dimensions and details before placing your order.
Cancellations & changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact the studio as soon as possible, before production begins. We will review the order’s production status and confirm what is possible. Sending a request does not automatically cancel or change your order.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Something isn’t right?
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact the studio promptly. Include your order reference and photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
Our customer care form saves your message and gives you a reference for follow-up. Photographs can be sent by email to info@thelinentrees.com. Please wait for the studio to confirm the next steps before sending any product back.

A few things to confirm.
A physical sample is the best way to confirm a fabric’s color, texture and light filtering in your room. Follow the measuring guide and review every configuration in your cart before checkout.
